Retention of member details
Current Members: If you wish to update your personal details or change your contact preferences then contact the Membership Secretary at a Choir rehearsal, or email on [email protected].
Ex-Members: The Choir will keep details of ex-members on file for a period of two years so that we can contact and also to make re-joining under our 3-term cycle easier. If you are an ex-member of the Choir and wish to update your personal details or change your contact preferences, or wish us to delete your details from our records then please contact the Membership Secretary at a Choir rehearsal, or via email on [email protected].
